SKO and SKO-P systems are solutions that belong to the family of adaptive roller shutters, mainly dedicated to existing buildings. These products do not constitute an integral part of the window and do not require special preparations for installation, so they can be installed at any time.
The box of the SKO-P system is made of high-quality aluminum sheet coated with a special PU/PA coating technology, providing durability and resistance to abrasion and weathering. The box of the SKO system, on the other hand, is made of extruded aluminum, which guarantees its greater rigidity and stability. The well-thought-out design of these solutions and their oval shape often make them the preferred choice for wall mounting, while also serving as an excellent decorative element of the facade.
Just like in the case of SK systems, the shutter armor can consist of foam-filled, plastic, or extruded profiles. The advantage of these products is the possibility of using a mosquito net system that operates independently of the roller shutter, which additionally protects the interior of the building against insects while maintaining access to light and air.
